ARRIVAL & GREETING

Arrive 10 minutes before your consultation to be greeted by one of our coaches (or mascot) who will give you a tour of the gym. A quick chat before your consultation and Athlete Fitness Assessment. Remember to bring your training gear!

Consultation

During your consultation, we will deep dive into your daily schedule, mindset, habits, training and recovery to create a clear roadmap for achieving your desired goals.

Athlete Fitness Assessment (AFA)

Your coach will guide you through our Athlete Fitness Assessment, which is designed to establish your current fitness level. This information will provide us with valuable insights to tailor our future plans accordingly.

FIST BUMPS & DEBRIEF

Get ready for some fist bumps and high fives at the end of your AFA. Then your coach will discuss your best training & coaching options.
